ABOUT US 

Maison Title is a full service title company with locations in Grand Coteau, and Lafayette, Louisiana. It was founded by Christopher D. Granger, a young attorney born and raised in St. Landry Parish, who wanted to open an affordable, accessible, and attentive title company in their community. In March of 2020, Maison Title opened it’s second location in Downtown Lafayette. In 2025, Maison Title joined forces with Daniel J. Gauthier from Lafayette Parish and William P. Morrow from St. Landry Parish, who were also looking to provide the same efficient service in his community.
